1. About these Terms
This website operates under the trade name HUGGZY and is operated by Harshit Kumar, a sole proprietor.
By accessing huggzy.com or placing an order through the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on the website.
2. Eligibility
You may use this website and place orders only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
3. Products and descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, prices, and other information are accurate.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or printing conditions.
Minor variations that fall within our stated product tolerances do not necessarily constitute defects.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
HUGGZY may change prices, promotions, discounts, shipping charges, and product availability from time to time.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, HUGGZY may cancel the affected order and provide a refund of any amount already paid.
5. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.
HUGGZY may decline or cancel an order in circumstances including suspected fraud or abuse, payment failure, material pricing or technical errors, an unserviceable delivery address, inability to fulfil the order, or other legitimate operational or legal reasons.
If payment has already been collected for an order that HUGGZY cancels, the applicable refund will be processed.
6. Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, provided production has not started.
After production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the cancellation process.
7. Payments and COD
Customers may use the payment methods displayed at checkout.
For eligible COD orders, a ₹80 COD handling fee applies.
8. Shipping
Shipping charges, delivery estimates, COD, tracking, failed delivery, and redelivery are governed by the HUGGZY Shipping Policy.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, refunds, defects, damaged products, incorrect products, and related matters are governed by the HUGGZY Return and Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The HUGGZY name, logo, artwork, designs, photographs, product imagery, website content, graphics, text, layout, and other materials are owned by or licensed to HUGGZY unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially exploit HUGGZY content without prior written permission.
11. Reviews and customer content
Where you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to HUGGZY, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
By submitting such content, you grant HUGGZY a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and publish the content for HUGGZY's website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
HUGGZY may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, violate applicable law, attempt unauthorised access to website systems, interfere with website security or operation, scrape website content without permission, or use the website for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

HUGGZY may use third-party technology and service providers for payment processing, communications, analytics, advertising, delivery, customer support, reviews, fraud prevention, security, and related business functions.
Where necessary, information may be shared with such providers to perform the requested service and operate the business.
14. Website availability
HUGGZY aims to keep the website available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.
Website access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, network failures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HUGGZY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Fazilka, Punjab.
